1994-105-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did, heretofore, in Resolution No. 91-002, passed on
RESOLUTION NO.
94-105
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did, heretofore, in Resolution No. 91-
002, passed on January 14, 1991, approve the execution of a Lease Agreement with the Paris
Teen League Baseball Association, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the Paris Teen League Baseball Association, Inc. is no longer desirous of
using Reece Field and maintaining insurance on the same and has requested that the City Council
of the City of Paris cancel said Lease Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
Lease Agreement between the City of Paris and the Paris Teen League Baseball Association,
Inc. be, and the same is hereby, canceled.
