RESOLUTION NO. 94-095
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No.
94-003, go on record as being in complete support of the placement of a traffic signal at
the proposed east access driveway of the Super Wal Mart location, approximately 800 feet
west of the intersection of 42nd Street N.E. and US 82 East; and,
WHEREAS, said traffic signal would benefit the citizens of Paris and it would be
appropriate for said project to be approved by the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
on behalf of the City of Paris to execute the Plan Sheet for State Project CC 0045-09-062
(install highway traffic signals at U.S. 82 and Wal Mart main entrance).
