WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in
receipt of an offer of donation of several pieces of art work
described on Exhibit A, Attached hereto, from American Federal
Bank of Paris, Texas to be permanently exhibited at the Love
Civic Center upon the completion of the same; and,
WHEREAS, the generos i ty of Amer ican Federal Bank is
appreciated and it would be in the best interest of the citizens
of Paris to accept such donation; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the donation of American Federal Bank of art works to be
permanently exhibited at the Love Civic Center upon the
completion of the same, described on Exhibit A attached hereto,
is in all things accepted.
Passed and adopted the 17th day of May, 1993.
