1993-052-RES WHEREAS, Richard B. Swint, contiguous property owner to City of Paris property adjacent to the RESOLUTION NO. 93-052 WHEREAS, Richard B. Swint, contiguouS property owner to City of Paris property adjacent to the Stillhouse Road closed landfill, has requested accommodation of trade of land for the purpose of squaring the common boundary line between Swint and City; and, WHEREAS, it deems to be citizens of the City of Paris Swint; and, in the best interest of the to SO accommodate Richard B. WHEREAS, City shall convey to Swint 16.924 acres and Swint as consideration for such conveyance shall convey to City 8.357 acres and cash in the amount of $3,664.37; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the General Warranty Deed conveying 16.924 acres of land to Richard B. Swint in the form of Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the General Warranty Deed conveying 8.357 acres of land to the City of Paris in the form of Exhibit "B" attached hereto and cash in the amount of $3,664.37 from Richard B.
