WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Planning and Zoning Commission due to the resignation of
Gerald Powell, and it is necessary to appoint his successor,
and the Mayor of the City of Par is, George Fisher, having
appointed Aaron Jenkins to serve the unexpired term of
Gerald Powell, which ends December 31, 1994, and has
submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the
City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of Aaron Jenkins, as a member
of the Planning and Zoning Commission to serve the unexpired
term of Gerald Powell, which ends December 31, 1994, is by
the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and
confirmed.
