RESOLUTION NO. 93-073
WHEREAS, the terms of office of William Vaughn, Col.
James Ashmore, Dr. Richard Bercher, Michael R. Rhodes, Ralph
Rodgers, Dick Amis and Louis Yates, Jr. as members of the
Paris Hospital Authority of the City of Paris, will expire
on June 30, 1993; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
does hereby recommend the re-appointment of William Vaughn,
Dr. Richard Bercher, Michael R. Rhodes, Ralph Rodgers, Dick
Amis and Louis Yates, Jr. and the appointment of Ann Hutto,
for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1993, and
ending June 30, 1995; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of William Vaughn, Dr.
Richard Bercher, Michael R. Rhodes, Ralph Rodgers, Dick Amis
and and Louis Yates, Jr. and the appointment of Ann Hutto,
to serve as members of the Paris Hospital Authority of the
City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning July
1, 1993, and ending June 30, 1995, be, and the same are
hereby approved and confirmed by the Ci ty Counc il of the
City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of July, 1993.
