WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership
of the Electrical Board due to the resignation of
Hayden Stripland, and it is necessary to appoint his
successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, George
Fisher, having appointed F. T. Pratt, Jr. to serve the
unexpired term of Hayden Stripland, owner of real
property, which ends December 31, 1993, and has
submitted the name of such person to the City Council
of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the appointment of F. T. Pratt, Jr. as a
member of the Electrical Board to serve the unexpired
term of Hayden Stripland, which ends December 31, 1993,
is by the City Counci 1 of the Ci ty of Pari s hereby
approved and confirmed.
