WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. D. Mallory, III,
Edith Bills, W. M. Lightfoot, Tanis Hager and Richard Nafe
as members of the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the City of
Paris did expire on December 31, 1992; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of off ice
Tom Kolko, as alternate members
Adjustment of the City of Paris,
1993; and,
of Harold C. Greene and
of the Zoning Board of
did expire on June 30,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
does hereby recommend the re-appointment of F. D. Mallory,
III, Edith Bills, W. M. Lightfoot and Richard Nafe and the
appointment of Toni Clem, as members of the Zoning Board
of Adjustment for a period of two (2) years, beinging
January 1, 1993, and ending December 31, 1994; and the
re-appointment of Harold Greene and the appointment of
Tommy Gantt, as alternate members of the Zoning Board of
Adjustment for a period of two (2) years, beginning July 1,
1993, and ending June 30, 1995; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the re-appointment of F. D. Mallory, III, Edith
Bills, W. M. Lightfoot and Richard Nafe and the appointment
of Toni Clem, as members of the Zoning Board of
Adjustment for a period of two (2) years, beinging January
1, 1993, and end ing December 31, 1994; and the
re-appointment of Harold Greene and the appointment
Tommy Gantt, as alternate members of the Zoning Board of
Adjustment for a period of two (2) years, beginning July 1,
1993, and ending June 30, 1995, be, and the same are hereby
approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of
Paris.
