SUBJECT: TYLER'S PIZZERIA ADDITION - FINAL PLAT
DATE: July 12, 2019
BACKGROUND: Tyler -Mac Realty of Texas, Inc. owns a 2.791 acre property located at 3610
N Main St on US 271 North, formerly operating as Bodacious BBQ. The owner is proposing to
remodel the existing building to be a pizza restaurant. The property is currently zoned
Commercial.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. Water is available to
the site along US 271 N. Sewer service can be accommodated by private force main along US
271 N, which is to remain privately maintained by the owner. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations, and it was approved by the Planning &
Zoning Commission on July 1, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
