1993-055-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 93-054 , award the
RESOLUTION NO. 93-055
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 93-054 , award the contract for
the CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS AT BROOKSHIRE GROCERY COMPANY,
MlRABEAU SQUARE project on Big Sandy Tributary No. 2 to
STEPHENS AND SONS CONCRETE CONTRACTORS; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith, acting as
project engineer of said project recommends the amendment of
said contract by Change Order No. One attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", which provides for a net decrease in contract
price of $39,197.00 for a total of $133,990.00 for
changes listed in Attachments "A" and "B" to said Change
Order No. One, and such form should be approved, and the
Mayor should be authorized to execute the same; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS AT BROOKSHIRE GROCERY
COMPANY, MIRABEAU SQUARE project on Big Sandy Tributary No.
2, contract is hereby amended by Change Order No. One
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", providing for a net decrease
in contract pr ice of $39,197.00 for a total of $133,990.00
for changes listed in Attachments "A" and "B" to said Change
Order No. One, which is in all things approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of
Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute said
Change Order No. One.
