1993-099-RES WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Attorney of the City of Paris plan to attend the Texas Municipal
RESOLUTION NO. 93-099
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Ci ty Attorney of the
City of Paris plan to attend the Texas Municipal League
Conference to be held on November 4-6, 1993 and the Texas
Police Association conference to be held on November 8-9,
1993; and,
WHEREAS, it would

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the Regular Thursday Council meeting scheduled for the
first Thursday in November and the Monday meeting scheduled
for the second Monday in November be rescheduled for Monday,
November 15, 1993 at 6:00 O'clock P.M., and,
be appropriate for the Regular
in November to be consolidated with
rescheduled for November 15, 1993,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution
be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board giving notice of
the change in the November regular Monday and Thursday night
meetings of the City Council, and that the news media be
informed of the change of date in the same manner they are
informed of emergency City Council meetings.
