1993-098-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore on the 13th day of September 1993, make
RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore on the 13th day of September 1993, make known its
agreement to support establishing a rural health clinic under
the direction of the Paris-Lamar County Health Unit; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is responsible for appointing
two members to the LAMAR COUNTY RURAL HEALTH CLINIC BOARD;
and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
does hereby recommend the appointments of Michael E. Malone,
City Manager and T. K. Haynes, City Attorney as members of
the LAMAR COUNTY RURAL HEALTH CLINIC BOARD, to serve until
replaced or re-appointed in accordance with the Bylaws after
the same have been adopted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the appointments, of Michael E. Malone, City Manager and
T. K. Haynes, City Attorney as member of the LAMAR COUNTY
RURAL HEALTH CLINIC BOARD, to serve until replaced or
re-appointed in accordance with the Bylaws after the same
have been adopted, be, and the same are hereby approved and
confirmed by the City C~uncil of the City of Paris.
