MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA

The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference Room at
Station One located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, August 13th, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time may
be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from
responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff
person with specific, factual information.)
3. Approve the minutes from the July 2019 meeting.
4. Accept resignation letter from Jerry Horton
5. Discussion on replacing Board member Horton
6. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
7. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
8. Review and approve return of contributions for Jesse Strain
9. Review and approve retirement benefits for Jerry Horton
10. Review 2018 Audit
11. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and Retirement
Fund received after last meeting.
12. Adjourn
