1993-093-RES WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 26.05(c) of the Property Tax Code of the State of Texas, on
RESOLUTION NO. 93-093
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 26.05(c) of the
Property Tax Code of the State of Texas, on September 13,
1993, a publ ic hear ing was held for the purpose of hear ing
the views of proponents and opponents of the tax increase
required to fund and balance the City Manager's proposed
budget for fiscal year, 1993-94; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriate time for the meeting at which
the Council will vote on the tax rate is found to be on the
27th day of September, 1993 at 6:00 P.M., in the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, 135 1st Street Southeast; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that a meeting will be held on the 27th day of September,
1993, at 6:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall,
135 1st Street Southeast to vote on the tax rate.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of September, 1993.
