1993-103-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in Resolution No. 91-104, on October 10, 1991,
RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
in Resolution No. 91-104, on October 10, 1991, approve the
Cox Field Airport Master Plan July 1991, which provides
for extension of the primary runway, which plan has been
approved by the Texas Department of Transportation, Division
of Aviation and the Federal Aviation Administration; and,
WHEREAS, the proper ty acqui sit ions necessary for the
completion of said expansion of the Cox Field Airport project
are shown on Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the
described property
improvement project
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the Ci ty Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
property, shown on Exhibit A attached hereto, to be used for
the Cox Field Airport Primary Runway Extension Project.
