MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA

The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference Room at
Station One located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, September 10th, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time may
be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from
responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff
person with specific, factual information.)
3. Discussion of PRB review.
4. Approve the minutes from the August 2019 meeting.
5. Approved return of contributions to Brayden Jones.
6. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
7. Hear report from Westwood Financial.
8. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
9. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and Retirement
Fund received after last meeting.
10. Adjourn
