SUBJECT: GRAND THEATER PROJECT PRESENTATION

BACKGROUND: City Council approved a Grand Theater Management Agreement on August
27, 2018 with the Paris Grand Theater Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation. The
theater is a potential gem for our downtown; reopened for theatrical performances, meetings,
movies, etc. it will become a huge draw and have a tremendous impact on development of the
entire area.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Julia Trigg -Crawford will give a brief presentation including an overview
of the corporation's board and fundraising activities.
