WHEREAS, the term of office of Eric Tate as
the Civil Service Commission of the City of
expire on December 31, 1992; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael
E, Malone, in accordance with the authority granted in
Section 143,006 of the Local Government Code, has reappointed
Eric Tate for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1,
1993, and ending December 31, 1996; and,
a member of
Paris, will
WHEREAS, it is right and proper that said appointment be
confirmed, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the reappointment of Eric Tate to serve as a member of
the Civil Service Commission of the City of Paris, for a term
of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1993, and ending
December 31,1996, be, and the same is hereby confirmed by
the City Council of the City of Paris,
