1993-042-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 93-013, dated February
RESOLUTION NO. 93-042
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 93-013, dated February 4, 1993,
support a project to add a right turn lane for eastbound
traffic on Lamar Avenue at the intersection of Collegiate
Drive; and,
WHEREAS, it is perceived that the addition of a right
turn lane for eastbound traffic on Lamar Avenue to use in
turning South on Collegiate Drive would alleviate the
congestion of eastbound traffic at this intersection; and,
WHEREAS, it is requested that the Mayor of the City of
Paris be authorized to sign the cover sheet of Texas
Department of Transportation Project entitled "Business 82-H,
Lamar County, in Paris, Texas, at Collegiate Drive, State
Project No. MCSP 45-9-59; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, be, and
he is hereby authorized to sign the cover sheet of Texas
Department of Transportation Project entitled "Business 82-H
Lamar County, In Paris, Texas, at Collegiate Drive, State
Project No. MCSP 45-9-59.
