1993-041-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and
specifications for a project of construction of a channel
excavation, concrete lining, vegetative restoration, and all
associated work on Big Sandy Tributary No, 2 between
Clarksville Street and Lamar Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Hayter Engineering, Inc., with the title being
given thereto of BIG SANDY TRIBUTARY NO. 2 CHANNEL
IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN CLARKSVILLE STREET AND LAMAR AVENUE
Project, which plans and specifications are recommended for
approval by the City Engineer of the City of Paris; and
WHEREAS, such plans and

be advertised for bids; NOW,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the BIG SANDY TRIBUTARY
NO. 2 CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN CLARKSVILLE STREET AND
LAMAR AVENUE Project are hereby approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Drainage Channel
Improvement Project should be advertised for bids to be
received after due notice and thereafter returned to City
Hall for opening, at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, May 4,
1993, and should be presented to the City Council on the 10th
day of May, 1993, for the purpose of letting such bid,
