1993-024-RES WHEREAS, the City of Paris is a member of the Texas Municipal League and as such receives information
RESOLUTION NO, 93-024
WHEREAS, the City of Par is is a member of the Texas
Municipal League and as such receives information and
requests from such organization concerning legislative
actions; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the Mayor of the City of
Paris and the City Manager of the City of Paris to
communicate on behalf of the City of Paris with regard to
legislative actions; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, and the
City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E, Malone, be, and
they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to act on
behalf of the City of Paris in coordinating legislative
actions with the Texas Municipal League.
