MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA
October 8th, 2019
The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference Room at
Station One located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, October 8th, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time may
be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from
responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff
person with specific, factual information.)
3. Approve election results for new firefighter trustee.
4. Discussion of PRB review.
5. Approve the minutes from the September 2019 meeting.
6. Approve funds to reimburse Bob Rast, and Sandy Collard for expenses incurred on PRB hearing.
7. Approve funds to reimburse Bob Rast for travel to TLFFRA conference in Amarillo
8. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
9. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
10. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and Retirement
Fund received after last meeting.
11. Adjourn
