1992-051-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did on May 11, 1992, approve Joint Resolution No. 92-036
RESOLUTION NO. 92-051
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did on
May 11, 1992, approve Joint Resolution No. 92-036 authorizing
the acceptance of a bid for surplus property located at 475
East Henderson Street, being Lot 7, Block 3, Washington
Heights Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the property described in said joint resolution
and exhibit was incorrect and Joint Resolution No. 92-036
should be repealed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that Joint Resolution No. 92-036 be, and is hereby repealed
and declared null and void and of no effect.
