WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled BIG SANDY
TRIBUTARY NO. 2 CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN CLARKSVILLE
STREET AND LAMAR AVENUE in accordance with plans and
specifications prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer of the
City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary
completion of said drainage improvement project are
Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
for the

NOW, THEREFORE,
City Council finds that
easements are necessary
and that the same should be

condemned;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Ci ty Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to condemn the
above described property to be used for the BIG SANDY
TRIBUTARY NO. 2 CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN CLARKSVILLE
STREET AND LAMAR AVENUE.
