Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session
at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, October 28, 2019. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted
upon are as follows:
Opening Agenda
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Citizens' forum.
(Persons desiring to address the Council must limit their presentation. to no more than two minutes. Unless
an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Council from responding to
any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person
with specific factual informaation. Claims against the City, Council Members, or employees, as well as
individual personal appeals are not appropriate for citizens' forum.)
If necessary, the City Council may convene into Executive Session under Chapter 551 of the Texas
Government Code regarding any item on this agenda.
Consent Agenda
Items on the Consent Agenda are approved by a single action of the Council, with such approval applicable
to all items appearing on the Consent Agenda. A Council Member may request any item to be removed
from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item.

3900 Block of FM 195.
11. Approve the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Hanning EST Addition, located on
Haning Drive a/k/a County Road 42640.
12. Approve a Resolution Approving the Private Re -Sale of Multiple Tracts of Tax
Foreclosed Properties.
Regular Agenda
13. Approve re -assignment of a hangar lease for Hangar M from Colin Marino to
TEXBAMA 2, LLC.
14. Discuss, conduct a public hearing, and act on an Ordinance Designating a Certain Area as
Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Number One and Establishing a Board of
Directors for such Reinvestment Zone.
15. Discuss, conduct a public hearing, and act on an Ordinance regarding the petition of Mike
Davidson and Kenneth Dority for a change in zoning from a Two -Family Dwelling
District (217) to a Multiple -Family Dwelling District No. 1 (MF1), in the City of Paris,
Block 112-B, Lots 8 and 9, located in the 600 Block of S.E. 12"' Street.
16. Discuss, conduct a public hearing and act on an Ordinance regarding the petition of
Skyler Burchinal for a change in zoning from a Two -Family District (2F) to a Multi -
Family Dwelling District No. 1 (IvfF-1), in the City of Paris, Block 227-C, Lots 1, 1 and
1B located in the 1900 Block of E. Booth Street.
17. Discuss, conduct the public hearing and act on an Ordinance regarding the petition of the
City of Paris, Texas to update Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Texas,
specifically modifying regulations for storage containers.
18. Discuss and act on a Resolution Requesting the Sheriff or a Constable to Re -Sell the Bid -
Off Tax Properties in accordance with the Texas Property Code.
19. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to
Resolution No. 2004-081.
20. Adjourriment.
