WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris plans to
attend the Texas Municipal League Annual Conference to be
held on October 7, 1992 through October 10, 1992; and,
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate for the
Thursday and Monday Council meetings in October
postponed to Thursday, October 15, 1992 and Monday,
19, 1992, at 6:00 O'clock P.M.; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the Regular Thursday and Monday Council meetings
scheduled for the second Thursday in October and the second
Monday of October be rescheduled for Thursday, October 15,
1992 at 6:00 O'clock P.M., and the Regular Nonday Council
meet ing be rescheduled for Nonday, October 19, 1992 at 6: 00
O'clock P.M. and that the news media be informed of the
change of dates in the same manner they are informed of
emergency City Council meetings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution
be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board giving notice of
the October regular Thursday night and Monday night meetings
of the City Council and that the news media be informed of
the change of date in the same manner they are informed of
emergency City Council meetings.
