1992-060-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has received a request for additional water pressure and
RESOLUTION 92-060
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
received a request for additional water pressure and service
to the area along Old Bonham Road from the East Boundary Line
of Lot 9, City Block 213, and proceeding Westerly to the
intersection of 25th Street S.W. which could be best served
by a pro rata water extension containing approximately 1650
linear feet of P.V.C. water main line; and,
WHEREAS, it would be r igh t and proper to have a publ ic
hearing concerning the same at the regular council meeting on
August 10, 1992, at which time the City Council will
determine whether or not the pro rata project should be had;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that a public hearing be held by and before the City Council
of the City of Paris in regular session convened on the 10th
day of August, 1992, at 6:00 o'clock P.M., in the City
Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, at which time the
matter of a water main pro rata extension along Old Bonham
Road from the East Boundary Line of Lot 9, City Block 213,
and proceeding Westerly to the intersection of 25th Street
S.W. to an existing water main will be considered.
