BACKGROUND: Chance Abbott owns a 0.368 acre lot in City Paris Block 156, located in the
800 block of 3rd Street SW. The property is currently zoned Multi -Family Dwelling District 1.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. Water and sewer
service is available along 3rd SW. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris
subdivision regulations, subject to the following revisions.
1. For MF -1 development, the required building line is 10' along the side yard
The plat was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 4tn,
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat with noted revision.
