WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Paris Hospital Authority due to the resignation of
Rondie Williams, and it is necessary to appoint his
successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, George
Fisher, having appointed Louis Yates, Jr., to serye the
unexpired term of Rondie Williams, which ends June 30, 1993,
and has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: that the appointment of Louis Yates, Jr., as a
member of the Paris Hospital Authority to serve the
unexpired term of Rondie Williams, which ends June 30, 1993,
is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved
and confirmed.
