MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA

The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference Room at
Station One located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, November 12th, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time may
be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from
responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a fixture agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff
person with specific, factual information.)
3. Approve the minutes from the October 2019 meeting.
4. Discussion and action on actuarial valuation recommendations
5. Discussion and action on writing funding policy
6. Approve beneficiary payment of contributions to Craig Baker
7. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
8. Discussion of PRB's final review of the fund
9. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and Retirement
Fund received after last meeting.
10. Adjourn
