WHEREAS, the City Council of
heretofore authorize the preparation
for a project of construction for
Precast, Prestressed Concrete Ground
Water No. 92WSRBOl-92; and,
the City of Paris, did
of plans and specifications
a New 4 Million Gallon
Storage Tank for Potable
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been prepared by
Hayter Engineering, Inc., with the title being given thereto
of New 4 Million Gallon Precast, Prestressed Concrete Ground
Storage Tank for Potable Water Project No. 92WSRBOl-92, which
plans and specifications are recommended for approval by the
City Engineer of the City of Paris; and
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be approyed
and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the New 4 Million
Gallon Precast, Prestressed Concrete Ground Storage Tank for
Potable Water Project No. 92WSRBOl-92 are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such New 4 Million Gallon
Precast, Prestressed Concrete Ground Storage Tank for Potable
Water Project No. 92WSRBOl-92 should be advertised for bids
to be received after due notice and thereafter returned to
City Hall for opening, at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on Thursday, July
9, 1992, and should be presented to the City Council on the
13th day of July, 1992, for the purpose of letting such bid.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of June, 1992.
