WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions for a project of construction of approximately 4035
L.F. of 12" PVC, AWWA C-900 watermain, fire hydrant
assemblies, Customer water service transfers and other
appurtenant construction; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer, with the title being
given thereto of TWELVE INCH (12") WATER MAIN ALONG 1st
STREET S.W. FROM WEST KAUFMAN TO WEST HEARNE Project, which
plans and specifications are recommended for approval by the
City Engineer of the City of Paris; and
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications
approyed and such project should be advertised for
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the TWELVE INCH (12")
WATER MAIN ALONG 1st STREET S.W. FROM WEST KAUFMAN TO WEST
HEARNE Project are hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such construction Project
should be advertised for bids to be received after due notice
and thereafter returned to City Hall for opening, at 3:00
o'clock P.M. on June 2, 1992, and should be presented to the
City Council on the 8th day of June, 1992, for the purpose of
letting such bid.
