City Council Liaison:
Mr. Hernandez called the monthly meeting of the Paris Economic Development Corporation to order at 5:30
p.m. on November 12, 2019.
Convene into Executive Session:
Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: 1) to deliberate the appointment,
employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or
employee: or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee.

Chairman Hernandez convened the Board into Executive Session at 5:32 p.m.
Chairman Hernandez reconvened into open session at 6:04 p.m. A motion was made by Ms. Bills to
continue the Executive Session without the Ex-Officios. Dr. Hashmi seconded the motion Vote was 5 -ayes
to 0 -nays.
Chairman Hernandez convened the Board back into Executive Session at 6:06 p.m.

Chairman Hernandez reconvened the Board into open session at 7:07 p.m. Chairman Hernandez made a
motion, to review the process of the Executive Director and dissemination of incentives, by an outside group.
Dr. Hashmi seconded the motion. Vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays.
Adiourn
Dr. Hashmi made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Pankaj seconded the motion. Vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays. The
meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
