1992-030-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 88-073 approve the
RESOLUTION NO. 92-030
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 88-073 approve the execution of
hay and pasture lease agreement with Kyle Clement; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did on
February 12, 1990, approve the execution of an Assignment of
said pasture lease from Kyle Clement to Jim Coplin and Kelly
Coplin; and,
WHEREAS, the current lessees haye
terms of the Pasture Lease Agreement,
agreement should be terminated and should
bids; NOW, THEREFORE,
not fulfilled the
and said lease
be advertised for
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the Pasture Lease Agreement between the City of Paris
and Jim Coplin and Kelly Coplin is hereby terminated; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Pasture Lease should
be advertised for bids to be received after due notice and
thereafter returned to City Hall for opening, at 3:00 o'clock
P.M. on Tuesday, May 5, 1992, and should be presented to the
City Council on the 11th day of May, 1992, for the purpose of
letting such bid.
