1992-017-RES WHEREAS, the property located at 475 East Henderson, being Lot 7, Block 3, Washington Heights
RESOLUTION NO. 92-017
WHEREAS, the property located at 475 East Henderson,
being Lot 7, Block 3, Washington Heights Addition became City
of Paris property February 4, 1992, as a result of a
Sheriff's Sale for delinquent taxes; and,
WHEREAS, there is no known municipal use for the same,
and it would be right and proper to declare the same to be
surplus property; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the lots located at 475 East Henderson, be, and it is
hereby declared to be surplus property and the same may be
disposed of in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas
and the Charter of the City of Paris.
