1992-094-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore authorize in Resolution No. 92-056 passed RESOLUTION NO. 92-094 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore authorize in Resolution No. 92-056 passed on the 13th day of July, 1992, the procurement of drainage easements for a project of construction entitled BIG SANDY TRIBUTARY NO. 2 CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN CLARKSVILLE STREET AND LAMAR AVENUE; and, WHEREAS, B. J. McCarley is agreeable to accepting a piece of property described in the form of General Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit A, which remains on his side of the drainage channel in consideration for the drainage easement across his property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the General Warranty Deed in the form of Exhibit "A" attached hereto to B. J. McCarley and wife, Florence McCarley as consideration for a drainage easement for the BIG SANDY TRIBUTARY NO. 2 CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN CLARKSVILLE STREET AND LAMAR AVENUE project.
