1992-093-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 91-082 approve the
RESOLUTION NO.
92-093
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 91-082 approve the execution of
a Pasture Lease Agreement with Terry McFatridge; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement are in need of
clarification and an Addendum No. One in the form of Exhibit
A attached hereto should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of Paris Addendum No. One to the Pasture
Lease Agreement in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE TO PASTURE LEASE AGREEMENT
DATED AUGUST 12, 1991, BETWEEN TERRY McFATRIDGE
AND THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that this Addendum to the
Pasture Lease Agreement, dated August 12, 1991, by and
between Terry McFatridge, hereinafter called McFATRIDGE, and
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, by and through its Mayor,
Geurge Fisher, hereinafter called CITY,
WITNESSETH:
lt is hereby mutually agreed by and between McFATRIDGE
and CITY as follows:
that the first paragraph of the Pasture Lease Agreement
be amended to read as follows:
"..., consisting of approximately 185 acres of land for
for grazing purposes depicted as orange shaded area on the
map attached hereto as Exhibit A."
