RESOLUTION NO. 92-087
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Attorney of the
City of Paris plan to attend the Texas Police Association
conference to be held on November 4-6, 1992; and,
WHEREAS, it would be appropr iate for the Regular
Thursday Council meeting in November to be consolidated with
the Monday, November 9, 1992 meeting; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the Regular Thursday Council meeting scheduled for the
first Thursday in November be rescheduled for Monday,
November 9, 1992 at 6:00 O'clock P.M., and that the news
media be informed of the change of date in the same manner
they are informed of emergency City Council meetings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution
be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board giving notice of
the November regular Thursday night meeting of the City
Council and that the news media be informed of the change of
date in the same manner they are informed of emergency City
Council meetings.
