SUBJECT: 2020 ANNUAL GROUND MAINTENANCE (MOWING) BIDS
DATE: January 17, 2019
BACKGROUND: This is the annual bid for ground maintenance, Parks Division. The bid
tabulation sheet is attached for details of the bids.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The City of Paris Public Works Department has received sealed bids for
ground maintenance and would like to award bid according to lowest bidder. The timeframe is
March 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
BUDGET: Monies are budgeted in the General Fund.
RECOMMENDATION: Award bid to Green's Lawn & Landscape in Paris, Texas as indicated
on the attached bid tabs, in the approximate amount of $61,540.00.
