SUBJECT: SANITATION SOLUTIONS ADDITION — CB 170A FINAL PLAT
DATE: January 17, 2020
BACKGROUND: Mr. Josh Bray owns 7.696 acres located in the 2100 block of South Church
Street. The property is currently zoned Heavy Industrial (HI). The owner is proposing to
combine several parcels into a single lot and to expand the existing shop building.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. Water and sanitary
sewer services are available along South Church Street. It appears that the plat complies with the
City of Paris subdivision regulations.
The plat was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission on January 6th.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
