WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the
City Council of the City of Paris that there is a street,
running east and west, said street being Pine Bluff Street;
BEGINNING at the west right-of-way line of 28th Street N.E.,
west to the east right-of-way line of Collegiate Drive; and,
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the
City Council that the street is not desired by the property
owners adjacent to said street, but that said street is of
use and necessary to the City of Paris and its citizens for
utility easement purposes; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S.
Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a
special warranty deed to the Pine Bluff Street from the east
right-of-way line of 28th Street N.E., west to the east right
of way line of Collegiate Drive, to the adjacent owners on
either side of said street, it appearing that the real and
true owners of the hereinafter described lots are as follows:
Lot 1, Block 8
Springlake Addition
David Glass
Lot 4, Block 7
Springlake Addition
H. L. Garrett and wife,
Mildred Garrett
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that
