SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT TO TRAFFIC COMMISSION
DATE: January 28, 2020
BACKGROUND: Policies and Procedures for Boards and Commissions, adopted by City
Council require that appointments be made at the second regular City Council meeting in June.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Appointments were made on June 24, 2019. On January 7, 2020, staff
received a resignation from Traffic Commission Member Kim McCann. Subsequently, staff
received an application from Tony Clark.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Appoint Tony Clark to fill the unexpired term of Kim McCann, whose
term expires June 30, 2022.
