The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference Room at
Station One located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, February 11th, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time may
be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from
responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff
person with specific, factual information.)
3. Appoint Austin Sugg to board as he was reelected by members at the annual membership meeting.
4. Seat officers to the board.
5. Approve the minutes from the January 2020 meeting.
6. Approve return of contributions to Adam Bolton
7. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
8. Hear Westwood quarterly report from Kim Calhoun.
9. Approve payment on invoices received
10. Adjourn
