1991-045-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 90-097, award the
RESOLUTION NO. 91-045
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 90-097, award the contract for
10th Street S.E. Sewer Line Replacement Project No. 88-WSRB-
09-90 to Bill Hazelwood, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith, acting as
project engineer of said project recommends the amendment of
said contract by Change Order No. Three attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", which provides for a net increase in contract
price of $19,999.00 for a total of $442,291.00 for rerouting
the 12" line south then east to maintain minimum slope and to
move line out onto City right-of-way., and such form should
be approved, and the Mayor should be authorized to execute
the same; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the 10th Street S.E. Sewer Line Replacement Project No.
88-WSRB-09-90, contract is hereby amended by Change Order No.
Three attached hereto as Exhibit "A", providing for a net
increase in contract price of $19,999.00 for a total of
$442,291.00 for rerouting the 12" line south then east to
maintain minimum slope and to move line out onto City right-
of-way, which is in all things approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, George Fisher, Jr., be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute said
Change Order No. Three.
