1991-012-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and
specifications for a project of construction for replacement
lines for the wastewater collection system in the Southeast
Lift Station area; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and spec if ica t ions have been
prepared by Hayter Engineering, Paris, Texas, with the title
being given thereto of Wastewater Collection System
Replacement Lines, Southeast Lift Station Area, Project No.
88-WSRB-11-90, which plans and specifications are recommended
for approval by the City Engineer of the City of Paris; and
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be
approved and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the Wastewater
Collection System Replacement Lines, Southeast Lift Station
Area, Project No. 88-WSRB-11-90 are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Wastewater Collection
System Replacement Lines, Southeast Lift Station Area,
Project No. 88-WSRB-11-90 should be advertised for bids to be
received after due notice and thereafter returned to City
Council for letting, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on Thursday,
February 7, 1991, and should be presented to the City Council
on the 11th day of February, 1991, for the purpose of letting
such bid.
