1991-014-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and
specifications for a project of construction for a pro rata
12" water line extension to the newly annexed area bounded on
the east by the west boundary line of Highway 271 North, on
the north by Lake Crook Road and on the south by Stone
Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer, with the title being
given thereto of Pro Rata 12" Water Line Extension Hwy 271
North Project, which plans and specifications are recommended
for approval by the City Engineer of the City of Paris; and
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be
approved and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the Pro Rata 12" Water
Line Extension Hwy 271 North Project are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Pro Rata 12" Water
Line Extension Hwy 271 Project should be advertised for bids
to be received after due notice and thereafter returned to
City Council for letting, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday,
February 26, 1991, and should be presented to the City
Counc il on the II th day of March, 1991, for the purpose of
letting such bid.
