1991-016-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 91-015, award the
RESOLUTION NO. 91-016
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 91-015, award the contract for
the 7-UNIT NESTED "T" HANGER project to Richard Drake
Construction; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith, acting as
project engineer of said project recommends the amendment of
said contract by Change Order No. One attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", which provides tor a net decrease in contract
price of $14,754.00 for a total of $134,189.00 for deleting
approximately 3,137 square yards of 6" concrete apron paving
and substitute 6" compacted aggregate base, prime coat and 1
1/2" compacted, TYPE D, Hot Mixed Asphalt concrete, and such
form should be approved, and the Mayor should be authorized
to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the 7-UNIT NESTED "T" HANGER Project, contract is
hereby amended by Change Order No. One attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", providing for a net decrease in contract price
of $14,754.00 for a total of $134,189.00 for deleting
approximately 3,137 square yards of 6" concrete apron paving
and substitute 6" compacted aggregate base, prime coat and 1
1/2" compacted, TYPE D, Hot Mixed Asphalt concrete, which is
in all things approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute said
Change Order No. One.
