1991-024-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions for a project of construction for chlorination/dechlor-
ination facilities at the wastewater treatment plant; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Hayter Engineering, with the title being given
thereto of CHLORINATION/DECHLORINATION FACILITIES WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT Project No. 88-WSRB-02-91, which plans and
specifications are recommended for approval by the City
Engineer of the City of Paris; and
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications should be
approved and such project should be advertised for bids; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the CHLORINATION/DE-
CHLORINATION FACILITIES WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Project
No. 88-WSRB-02-91 are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such CHLORINATION/DECHLOR-
INATION FACILITIES WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Project No.
88-WSRB-02-91 should be advertised for bids to be received
after due notice and thereafter returned to City Council for
letting, at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on Thursday, April 2, 1991, and
should be presented to the City Council on the 8th day of
April, 1991, for the purpose of letting such bid.
