The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference Room at
Station One located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, March 10th, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time may
be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board fi-om
responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff
person with specific, factual information.)
3. Approve the minutes from the February 2020 meeting.
4. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Approve sending trustees to TIFFRA Training in Irving April 2nd and 3rd
6. Discussion on seating new civilian trustee to replace Kenny Dority
7. Approve payment on invoices received
8. Adjourn
