1991-122-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 91-037, award the
RESOLUTION NO. 91-122
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 91-037, award the contract for
"CHLORINATION/DECHLORINATION FACILITIES WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT Project No. 88-WSRB-02-91" to Heritage Constructors,
Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith and Reeves
Hayter, Hayter Engineering, Inc., acting as project engineer
of said project recommends the amendment of said contract by
Change Order No. Two attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which
provides for a net increase in contract price of $962.00 for
a total of $708,522.44 for relocating sludge bed piping which
conflicted with new plant effluent piping and to add nineteen
(19) additional days, and such form should be approved, and
the Mayor should be author ized to execute the same; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that "CHLORINATION/DECHLORINATION FACILITIES WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT Project No. 88-WSRB-02-91", contract is
hereby amended by Change Order No. Two attached hereto as
Exh ib i t "A", prov id ing for a net increase in contract pr ice
of $962.00 for a total of $708,522.44 for relocating sludge
bed piping which conflicted with new plant effluent piping
and to add nineteen (19) additional days, which is in all
things approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of
Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed on behalf of the City of Paris to execute said
Change Order No. Two.
